I think the title says it all don’t you? This iPad app is designed specifically for the parents of children who have special needs. It allows the parent to program the lessons with their own voices, so the Mom of an autistic child, for example, can program a picture of a dog onto the screen and record in her own voice the words “click on the dog”. The familiarity of the voice helps the child to feel comfortable with the learning program which in turn speeds up the learning process.
