The Kno Textbook iPad App is the iPads answer to a school bag full of books . . . it’s much lighter, there’s no danger of you losing your Geography textbook under the bed and all in all it’s just fantastic. It has it’s own store with more than 70,000 different books, many of which are at between 30% – 50% below list price, yep, this is a great textbook reader.
With the Kno Textbook iPad App you can organize your digital books and PDF files by simply dragging and dropping into different “courses”, and each time you open up one of your textbooks you can either swipe your way through its pages or navigate to where you need to be using a filmstrip of thumbnails. You can search for highlighted words on the Web or Wikipedia (it’s not cheating, it’s important that you understand what you’re reading). All in all I expect that this iPad app will prove very popular among the students of the world.
