Pokemon, who would have ever believed the massive following that it’s maintained, in fact, how much it’s grown over the years.

“How do you get 15 students into a Mini?” – Poke ‘em on . . . da daaaahhhhhhh

There used to be loads more where that came from, fortunately for you I’ve forgotten the rest!

Pokemon first arrived in 1996, at about the same time as my boy actually . . . fortunately I resisted the urge to call him Pikachu . . . but if he’d been born a little later and I’d realised the phenomenal rise and further rise of the Pokemon franchise I might have been tempted, there’d have probably been a prize in it somewhere. Anyway, who’d have thought that Pokemon would still be going from strength to strength all these years later, not only keeping up with the game but managing to stay ahead of it . . . a Pokemon app for iPad . . . if only I’d known.

Oh no, another Pokemon memory alert . . . picture the scene, we’re all in the pre-school yard and a mother who shall remain nameless (I can’t actually remember her name, only what she said) announced, very proudly, that her 3 year old boy was extremely gifted because he knew the names of all of the Pokemon characters. Impressed? Not one bit, although he’ll probably grow into something annoyingly clever in the video game world and earn a mint, either that or he’s just another spotty teenager saving his allowance to buy an iPad so that he can have a Pokemon app.

Pokemon App

Following on very much from the original Pokemon card games, the Pokemon app has loads of iPad wallpapers, and you’ve gotta’ collect as many of ‘em as you can. Why not collect all of ‘em!

”Who’s That Pokemon?” – I bet I know somebody who would be good at that game.

So there you are Pokemon fans . . . there are some fantastic Pokemon apps for your iPad. That must have made the world a better place for many of you!
