Tap Forms iPad Database App has only 25 different templates, but one thing it does have is Dropbox integration (I just love Dropbox, don’t you . . . use it all the time). Anyway, when I say it only has 25 templates, how many do you actually need? There’s such a thing as too much choice you know. Tap Forms iPad App also supports audio attachments and notes, and whilst there isn’t a desktop version you can back up your database using CSV’s.
