Well, although you can’t change the days in your calendar app, you can switch days / weeks / months in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. If the date is shown in blue it means that it’s the current date (specially designed for those people who never know what day of the week it is), or alternatively you can tap on Today and it will bring up the current day . . . . clever.
