How To Safeguard Sensitive Data On Your iPad
There’s no doubt about it, some iPads are privvy to some extremely sensitive information which should not get into the wrong hands . . . well, you don’t have to lose any more sleep about it . . . there is an extra safeguard which you can use on your iPad. This feature, once enabled, will erase all data from the device (if it gets lost or stolen) just because someone has entered an incorrect passcode 10 times. How do you do it? Easy . . . Settings -> General -> Passcode Lock -> Erase data. You’d better make sure that you remember your own password though!
